Impound limitations for removing personal property

The owner of an impounded vehicle may claim personal property contained in the vehicle as long as the property to be claimed is not attached to the vehicle in any way. Owners or agents are allowed 5 minutes with the vehicle on each occasion that they attend to remove property. Additional time may be granted depending on customer volume. There may be times that heavy customer volume will restrict the opportunity to remove property from an impounded vehicle.

Please contact the Impound Tow Lot prior to attending to confirm the ability to remove property.
